Iran flick publishes poster for Busan event

Iran film 'Gold Carrier' has revealed official English poster concurrently with screening at Busan International Film Festival.  

New official poster for 'Gold Carrier' by Touraj Aslani is published in English.

The Iranian feature is to attend the "New Currents" section of the 23rd Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) to be held in South Korea.

A group of cast members including filmmaker Touraj Aslani will join the first international screening of 'Gold Carrier'.    

The flick will compete for the best film award with works from Germany, South Korea, Japan, China, Sri Lanka, Kyrgyzstan, Bhutan and Nepal.

'Reza is a gold carrier. Robbed one day on his route, he wants to pay compensation. Encouraged by his friend, he heads to an auction. But a wobbly Tehran market makes Reza’s situation even worse,' a plot summery published by festival's website reads.  

BIFF is scheduled for October 4-13, 2018 in the South Korean city of Busan.
